Hotels owners can now setup their hotel and assign rooms as sub-items with individual properties such as multiple price tarriffs, they can also add mutiple hotels and assign each hotel to a seperate hotel manager. Property agents can now organise properties by customers (property owners) allowing you to mange which owner is responsible for which properties. Membership and billing options allow you to control customers property adverts and access to the site while providing billing and invoicing for membership/commissions and other charges such as SMS messages sent. Integrated SMS messaging allows you to configure the system to send a property owner a text message when they receive a reservation and add a charge to the property owners bill for the message cost. Dazzle your website visitors with the neat tabbed dialogues and integrated photo slide show and photo zoom options. Integrated with GoogleMaps, simply update your property address, add your Google License key (available free from google) and the front-end will show a google map of your property. Multiple Payment options:- Save and Pay Later, allowing the administrator to arrange manual payments, Authorize.net and *PayPal. PayPal is a recommended payment system, it is the cheapest payment method and available in 190 countries.
